- Warranty Deed
- Who you are Deeding Property to
- Return email Address
- Phone Number
- If property is in a trust - copy of the trust agreement
- If anyone on title has passed away - copy of death certificate
Once received we will send a Warranty deed to be signed and notarized, along with an invoice that will need to be mailed back in order to be processed and recorded.
